Elon Musk made Dogecoin one of the means of payment received by Tesla Inc. This is good news for cryptocurrency investors with a picture of the shiba Inu dog.
Most recently, Elon Musk announced tesla merchandise can be purchased using Dogecoin. "Tesla merch buyable with Dogecoin," he wrote on his official twitter account, Friday (14/1/2022).
According to Tesla, there are three products that can be purchased with Dogecoin. First, the head of the belt named Giga Tesla Belt Buckle which is worth 835 Dogecoin.
Next whistle called Cyberwhistle for 300 Dogecoin. An electric motor for children called Cyberquad for Kids for 12,020 Dogecoin.
Thanks to this announcement, Dogecoin's share price has gone up to 20%. When this news was lowered the price of Dogecoin touched US $ 0.1987 per coin. Dogecoin's market capitalization has reached US$26.36 billion.
